When moon sits in state

Stars gather to see him shine

Praying to be him

In nights unborn to lead the

Shine in lighting the dark earth

When moon sits in state

All stars shine in their own fate

Their yearnings shirked to

The background for light to rule

Brewing their oneness

What does the earth see

When it looks up to the sky?

Light of the moon boss

Accompanied by the stars’

Even after a stormed rain

Let’s be like the stars

Contributing our quota

To the moon in time

Even with a broken wing

Let’s help each other fly high
