BEFORE YOUR SUN SETS

Before your sun sets
Be sure to be in lust and in love
Be sure to bite the dust and be, in tempers, above

II
Before your sun sets
Be sure to be a sore and be a cure
Oh be a bore and a fun

III
Before your sun sets
Be sure to burn to feel regrets
And learn to shed the frets

IV
Before your sun sets
Be sure to dance naked in the rain
Acting a dunce to defy the sane

V
Before your sun sets
Be sure to lure a shyness out of a pure
And cure it with sass and a sure

V
Before your sun sets
Act wild
Act mild
Act hungry
Act angry
Act empty
Act full
And climb from the feet of defeat
To the pate of success, if you’re born among the poor
That will cook the smile to feed the fears
…of your journey to the yonder world
