CLOWNS’ UNSAID LESSONS

When I am down

I think of a clown

Who gets a crown

For wiping many a frown

In a sad sad town

II

Described by children as foolish

And by the critiqued as brutish

Described by the stressed as funny

And by a lover as a bunny

What reigns supreme is he gets his money

III

Who creates fun

For the clown who lacks fun?

Who creates fun

For the clown who is fun?

Who creates fun

When the clown needs fun?

I clear my head and look ahead

For even in sadness, the clown is seen to be a clown

And professionalism ask of his clowny side

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)
