I took you in reluctantly,
one who has been wounded
by a storm, fears little winds
II
Now you are this star’s heart,
When huge trees fall,
Their sounds travel far, so I am shivering
III
Anxious for good and bad,
I am like a swan and porcupine
Ready to love and or fight
IV
Indulge me if you’re real
Be blunt and don’t act like a coward
If you are a joker
V
Hands which merge
And sharply cut in separation
Bleed more and hurt more
VI
Standing on this dilemmic path
I see no movement as a step forward might be suicide
And one back might be cowardly and loss
V
This is the gate of my heart, opened
Its vulnerability shyly watching
Wanting an embrace or a closure

I see you reading this poem on your own YouTube channel with some beautiful background music. Perhaps chamber music. Classical music would go well with your poetry.
