THE TREE SPEAKS; LET THE WISE TAKE SEED

This tree is shaking

Not by my making

The wind is blowing

The earth is quaking

I am here and  living

I’m not complaining

I keep on growing

My stems are spreading

If I could get many sheltering

I’ll leave  fulfilling

I do no whining

I need no praising

Many are roaming

To gain my chopping

Many are planning

To fall my building

But I keep on living

And I keep on singing

I’ll keep on praising

And I’ll keep on loving

If the air is blowing

I use for clapping

If the earth is quaking

I use for deep rooting

If roamers are cutting

I think of healing

If my building is falling

I think of sheltering

This is living

Who is living?

I am living
