A FLOWER WITH THORNS

Do not be so scared

Come closer, closer to this flower

Look keenly, very keenly and touch the safest part

And I’ll adorn you with forever happiness

I do have thorns

I do have scary, frightening looking thorns

Thorns which sit on my skin to protect

And not to harm, so keenly look before touching

When you touch with good intentions

I promise these thorns will be smooth

So smooth my charm will protect

Protect you who dwells with me

So do not look scared

Just stand and read through my thorns

And touch the safest spot with purity

And I’m yours, yours forever
