EYES THAT SEE

Once upon a time, aboa Patuo
Prophesied the fall of some lands to mouths of the nsuo
…and was called musuo
And so all animals chased it with etuo
Until he looked for trees with fuller hair to hide him from the murderous ekuo

II
Time went by and the people enjoyed their ɔbra
Until they saw waves which travelled to warn them with mmra
Some heeded but others had to learn after the lost of akra
Others knew not their stance so they called on Ɔhene Gyata
…to help them with mmoa
But he came only to devour more akra

III
Then they remembered Patuo
Who they called mmusuo
They remembered how he warned about the nsuo
Which they together with Gyata chased he and his eyes which had nisuo
And they started giving him ebuo
Knowing he still suffers hiding in trees without buo
They were now shedding helpless nisuo

IV
They had lost their potent aniwa
And were being gobbled by the gathering of nsuwa nsuwa
Their lack of foresight has grazed their egos to kitiwa
As their homes had nothing not even mpesewa
All were to be pitied especially the nkwakora
…with their mmrewa
That is how they got to know that they really acted like senseless mmoa

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)
