In this twirling realm called life
Which darkens and marks and is full of strife
Order for me watchful eyes
To sweep to a burn all vile lies
II
In the midst of thoughts threatening a strike
Order for me a mouthing bike
To push my thoughts to ready ears
Who can listen to thaw all my daunting fears
III
When my body’s light goes weak and off
And wicked accusations call for my bluff
Order my steps onto a path of revival
To prop my body into a state of survival
IV
When loneliness plays me like a sad sad string
Making hateful rumour bells which ring
Create for me soothing hands to hold
For a relighting miraculous and bold
V
I know the many who chase with poison
I know they mostly have no known reasons
Do make as a signal a striking beason
To help me live through my human seasons
VI
Because I live for the tides
And I live for the rides
I live to abide
And I live to bide
I live for the glide
And I live for the hide
I live for the stride where the wide life chides
