YOUR LOVE AND YOUR WAY

Amidst the chaos of wars on food
And the fragrance of hearts of the good
Your love stood
As your mother did brood on the could through your would
…be
I’m certain your love will see the golden end

II
I saw your smiles
Promising uncountable miles
I saw your hold
Killing off cold
I heard what you were told
…and the strength which made you bold
Nothing will go wrong
For your love is strong

III
I am building hope
…in prayers that you cope
Through storms and many a slippery slope
For there is no misleading rope
…without a breaking knot
Love is and always has been key
…to doors of hurdles which stare
…with fearful countenances
