THAT LONE SPACE

12039683_1055312821159726_1478141807900586423_n

Life is like a string rope

And we are like a group of masked ant circus

On its slim grounds

No matter how many hands hold

When the dew-drop of death selects

The hold becomes meaningless

As it cages in a lone space

II

Tears are no life revivers in the fallen

Hurts are no exhumers of spirits

Let alone mould them bodies

Words are no miracle performers

No good deeds give second chances

Pleas are pathetic whimpers

III

We live and wait

Knowing death as no sickness

But looking for cure

A lone space

A fearful slot for each

Always ready to teach

Awaiters to live life to ripe

And stop hoping to live to ripe

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)

I’m back! This time to tell you I’ve tagged you for a 3 Days 3 Quotes Challenge! It’s fun! Check the link below for my quote for today–and to see the expectations for the challenge. No obligation, though I hope you’ll consider it. I’m guessing you’ve got tons of great quotes (your own or those of others) up your sleeve! Here’s the link: http://wp.me/p32tHJ-3J6.
