Through it all, tortoise

Walks, shocking birds whose swift fly

Beat their day travels

Through it all, the snail

Crawls, thinking it is so blessed, more

Than the static trees

Through it all, the rain

Fall, knowing only lucky

Ones will land in streams

Wise words hit to stop

Minds of all sages at once

Know a stitch in time…
