Thanks to ebola
The poor and the rich alike
Kneel at the altar
Praying for great calm
As the tree of sickness shakes
And panic’s taunt scares
Peaceful in panic
Holding hands in hopeful calm
Perfects of pictures

This is so scary. Let’s hope a cure is found soon. 😦

Death may be the great equalizer but the poor suffer more. Those with means have greater hope of escape than those without. The poor cannot escape the responsibility of caring for their own sick families, without protection of gloves and masks. It’s a beautiful poem and yes the rich are scared. But falsely as they are unlikely to come in contact with anyone affected.

That can be true too. But in this situation, the poor and rich alike are equal in the sense that the virus does not announce its presence but money can do something for comfort. Thank you for being here.

I suppose illness can bring a community together. Wish it was something more positive.

Yes, like death, that simile is seemingly clear.

There always be dis-ease . Life and its landscape is changing very fast. What was is no longer. As long as there’s is a fondness in our hearts and good memories of what was . Then man as we know him will never die.
