NOT YOURS TO JUDGE

Composure is easier done in an audience seat
Not in the ahenema of the angered
Because the blood which boils
And the heart which flips
And the head so toyed with
…do not extend to the onlooker
So be cautious in the seat
…in the seat or stand of the onlooker

II
For you might slap where the victim insulted
You might maim where the victim slapped
You might kill where the victim wounded
Oh you might turn suicidal
…where the victim cried
So try to be objective
But judge no one whose ahenema
…you want nothing of
Life gives burdens to all
Theirs might be nothing you can carry
So their actions
…if they hurt you not in any way
Are not yours –
…not yours to judge

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)
