I’d work in a pound
…or at least in a dollar
And spend in a cedi

…and meditate in diaspora

Because balancing is not bright
…in this here choice of one
Because living is not right
…in just this slot of one
Because moods always fight
…in this here option of one
Strings fling these thoughts in rings
…oh so scary!
But nothing can be a something
…of a second split
…living wild and free and sombre and sober

I’d do the impossible to live
…filling all gaps till I still in the ill of mortality
Alas life is a restriction
…a body for a sphere
