Deep within each pod of a heart
Are fires and ice
Are hopes and dreams
Are fantasies and hallucinations
Are love and hatred
The God in our hearts
Is that will to live
That fire that needs in want of a burning
That ice like a knight
Which needs to quench
For we are so made
Things of contrasting feelings
Crying chaos at all that is good
Until time fans into acceptance
