DON’T HURT ME MAMA

MOTHERS

Mama,

Dada did not dada

maybe because you didn’t look like a mama

To Dada

II

Mama,

you didn’t need to mention Dada

when I erred in any era

for me to remember I had no Dada

III

Mama,

I am not in anyway Dada

who left you even when you were sadder

so please spare me your hatred for Dada

IV

Mama,

I am like your aching heart

Which is running like a rat

From your heart which is like a hungry cat

Look into my eyes, and see the you who hurts more

And bring a little loving to the fore

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)
