“Holiness!
Unto the Lord”
What is that man doing on my porch?
After his gossipy wife
Acted like a goat in sheep skin
Does he still have a face
To show up on my porch and pace?

Oh! I am glad Sister Akos tripped at the podium
What kind of chorister wears long heels
And short skirts?
And oh! Did you hear the pastors “concordal” errors?

Ofosu’s sickness is horrible
I sympathise
But sinners deserve to be punished
Do you remember when he dumped Ama
And made the poor girl commit suicide?

Don’t say I am head of the women’s movement
I am also a very observant being
I say the obvious and tell no lies
Think what you like
I have to now go and tend to my guest
See you at evening service

Ah yes…the greatest threat to faith is the sins of Christians. We are to represent the love of Christ but as sinners, many come off as hypocritical heathens. In truth, some live their lives in ungodly manner pushing people away from God instead of drawing them into his loving embrace. I nearly lost my own faith due to how others represented God. Humans fail miserably but there are some who shine for him and work hard to represent his love. Nevertheless, it is difficult to endure those who call themselves holy, saved, or Christians and act in an evil manner.
