DEAR GOD

dear God

I

Please God

Don’t be bored

I am the rag

Which dirt tags

But I need your mercy

II

Dear Lord

Please be not bored

I will go your pace

To see your face

So give me your mercy

III

Oh Lord

Spare me your sword

And let it work to protect me

I know I deserve no reward

But I need your protection for me and mine

IV

Dear Lord

I know you’re God

God who can be bored but not for long

So let the fury flee your face

And help this naughty flea

V

Dear Lord

Give me your sharp sword

As a tool for my ward

Who many want to use to break my happiness chord

Help but look not upon my flaws

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)

How could one ever get bored with a child they created in the utmost of love? God shall stand by your side and uphold you when your strength fails you. He never sees you as dirt or refuse. No, you are his beautiful, precious warrior princess who fights for the good of all. Not with sword but with word do you vanquish your foes. Not with hate but with peace do you slay your enemy. He knows how amazing you are because he created you to be so. He beams at your humble nature and delights in your compassionate ways. He will never turn from you, never betray you, never leave your side, for he loves you intensely.
