I
The average bird bemoans its small size
Envying the ducks and chickens
The duck quacks in anger:
II
“Shut up and enjoy your physique
You’re able to dodge most danger
And you can see the world in hanging
What of us whose flying dangle?
And are easily caught in silvers?”
III
The chicken nods its head
In agreement of duck’s speech
IV
The beautiful peacock is seen approaching
All look at themselves in no confidence
Then they see the vulture coming
They straighten themselves
And thank their God
In all their hurdles
They don’t always feed on carcass
And wear dark doomy feathers
With a white collar like the vulture
