I am half a being
That is all that they see
I am half a being
Because my grave will lack a limb
When there is evisceration on a being
It is not seen
So they call them whole
But mine is obvious
Making me develop horns in the midst of humans
An amputee is automatically a rumour tea;
Hot!
Look into my eyes and read my story
Know that story and cool your tea
My limb was given for the safety of humanity
To stop their being slaughtered like chickens
His is as a result of an unfair accident
Hers a natural disaster
Mouths which yap before knowing
Are mouths which must be shut forever in shame
I am less than human
But I’m more human than you are,
Now eat your laughter.
