She has answered the final call
She who used and played us as ball
And mined us to decorate her hall

Her legacy so stained

In order to take back our shine
Which consists of mines of minerals and years of labour
In order to take back our God carved favour

Let our ancestors call her to book
As we work to retrieve what her stool from us took
Let Asamando recover their blood
As we work our way from this poverty flood
