FOR THE MOURNING

When sacks and wombs see their seeds in tombs
And sadness threatens a madness
Through no cult of their faults
Dear Ahunuabobirim, please deal them a healing

II
When hurts blurt much hate
And vengeance rings bells of emergence
When dreams harvest screams
And self loathing won’t shed itself
Due to sacks and wombs seeing their seeds in tombs
Dear Odomankomah, do deal them a healing

III
For you know the sweats of regrets they cart
When their eyes close in sighs
Oh you know the thoughts which replace their loss in their cots
At the minutest modeling of time’s minutes
Oh you see the flips of their hearts which clip on their sanities
As pain plants seeds of bitterness in the land of their mourning
Dear Otwereduampong, please deal them a healing

IV
Especially when their loss stems from wickedness so gross
Especially when their ears constantly hear the heels of their fears
…on all corners of their world
Especially, when the wealth of health
…was stripped off their seeds to be replaced by dreadful weeds of traumatic worries
Especially when their sorries chart stats
Even as they have no faults in their care vaults
Dear Totorobonsu, please deal
…do deal them a healing

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)
