They all think (flawed formula 1)

They all think (so we all must) +
Actions of ignorance =
Tribal wars (dangerous formula 2)

Tribal wars = chaos + hurts + deaths
(Fatal formula arresting peace
…pushing royalty into servitude
…and rendering nationals refugees
…and or paupers)

They who are busy fighting off ants in clothes
Have no mind for a pride of lions
Aiming to shred them into pieces
In the same way
A little fire in dry hay unquenched
Just needs a little air to grow
So stop planting divisive thoughts in fertile ignorance
You sure won’t benefit from its harvest

We all live with prejudices
Ones we shed with learning
And or confrontations
So impose no few voices on a kingdom
Digging into foundations and seeking the collapse of a nation
Who digs a bottomless grave right around their lovers
By praying for their long lives?
How will the diggers climb out without ladders of safety?

The thing about finger pointing
Is the many fingers which point back
So plant no hate seedlings to mate chaotic thoughts
Forcing plants of murder on your own land
You won’t like the taste of its fruits

How can we soldier through global storms
In our divisive forms?
You’re busy fighting yourselves
On a battlefield of a bigger fear
Do you want to finish off your soldiers
And help crown your already strong opponents winners?
Whatever that is called on a football field?
Own goal?
And it will lead
…to us gobbled as servants
To shame the blood which poured for your freedom!

By all means let your voices be heard
But build no mountains out of a mud pot
Fight ethnic bigots in their individuality
But counter your ethnic lapses with education
…not intended war
We were before politics became
We will be the ones its mischievous nooses hang
If we keep tying hate baits in our bid to please power
Politics is no table to sustain your bizaar promotion
It can break anytime and render you a nothing

Let ears with working minds listen!
Let mouths with wise words work!
Let eyes with great directions lead!
Above all
Let hearts with great dreams move us
…to seek togetherness for the fight of growth
…on global stages

Just a simple Ghanaian trying to find the best in our society. I may be fun, I may be interesting, I may be funny, I may even be foolish or intelligent, but it is all based on the mood in which you find yourself. I believe our minds make us who we are. Know that, pain, no matter its 'unbearability', is transient. Unburden or delight yourself for a while in my writings please. And all corrections, advice and opinions are welcome. Know that you are the king, queen or royal on this blog. :)

Ah mmo!
It is a timely timeless prophetic ‘word’
In the 70s and early 80s, songs were composed, tribal/ethnic slurs were cast, tribal/ethnic dog whistling were made, the barracks were charged with seething indignation at the mockery and when the chips fell, it was not good, simple. It was not good oooooo aaah.
This “digging” business might take some of us to the Chad basin and some of us to hole, only that I am not sure whether the dogs these days know about the raffia torch.
It is unsettling and disconcerting to have people who should know better misbehaving. I don’t know whether they couldn’t be ‘men’ when the iron struck and so want to show whatever I don’t know.
I pray this clinical piece gets to them.
Thank you for being the epistle of reason and caution.

This is a beautiful piece of caution; advice that is not unnecessary in this era, a garden full of political and/or ethnic/tribal chauvinistic thoughts and deeds.
