AID TO AIDS

(As part of the World AIDS Day, I present to this piece)

Pure pleasure puns perfect pains
Strange silliness,  like several served syringes
With holes unsealed,
Drain blood of importance
The calabash keeps,
That’s what is so attractive about it
So spillage can be pardoned
But smart hands that value their liquid
Seek sky protection for what they entrust to their calabashes
It takes a crack to spill the life of an egg
Feet without socks attract all dust
And can be slapped by mud
Or cut by stones
Why walk without protection?
Why stroke with no safety bells?
Why be pealed instead of massaged?
Pleasure animals are horrible cries when imprisoned by pleasure
Cutting pleasure
Or obeying its rules
Either is fine
Carelessness is but a fool’s fort
Playing pleasure, pillars protection
He pays the piper, who demands the tune
Demand a tune that shields pain from the dance floor
