Somewhere
Dreams are tied by tiresome sires
Like caught slaves in comfort caves
Serving the deserving who live in heaven
II
Somewhere
Dreams are being chased by an angry faced
Like a hungry lioness with sharp rawness
As it taunts in haunt to flaunt
III
Somewhere
Dreams beg on a leg
Like a beggar who holds a golden dagger
Calling for the blind hungered who lives always angered
IV
Somewhere
Dreams are like the sky so high
Puffing at its needer who is its reader
Sending signals which go into the needer’s hurtful annals
V
Somewhere
Most sit to boast as bitterness do them toast
Roasting like ripe plantain which can’t heat contain
Sending complaints of achievements of saints and taints
VI
Yet somewhere
It is all dark in black, no lack to brain rack
All slack to crack as ants track to stack
And in the dark, none marks, eloping has no hoping, somewhere
