Mama said she had no eyes
She had no eyes so her mama was stolen
Her two eyes were not enough
So an invisible hole stole her mama whole
II
Mama told me she had no power
No power to get to the whole
Because the hole would have swallowed her whole
As it owned a mole which none can control
III
So I got a pair of eyes
And charged my power with food
I walked with mama two galloned decades
And turned to look during a noise
Only to turn, and see no one
My mama was gone
Swallowed by the hole whole
What will I say when my daughter asks me of her?
Like a wounded lion, I have four eyes
And still cannot see the hole
Whole swallowing whole
Are you a lightning pole?
Or a manhole?

Great story, and piece of poetry.
