When mama acts mad

My mates make fun of me

Asking why my mama is mad

When mama acts mad

She kisses me in school

And ruffles my hair

She speaks in no language

“dibadibamy babybobobo”

And shakes her head

From side to side

When mama acts mad

She jumps in the mud

To play with me and goes overboard

Forgetting age is is peeling

The childlikeness of my eyes

When mama acts mad

She forgets there’s something like growth

And her child is possessed

I love my mama

But when mama acts mad

I get mad

Knowing bratty kids

Watch to make fun

And so I get mad
