Offerings scream as they
Walk on heels noisily to
Pockets of pastors
II
Paupers’ pride in Christ
Is paused for glitters on beings
Who are known vessels
III
Bibles have no defence
As fire can flame all its clones.
Christianity cries
IV
Give! Give! Prophets shout
Receive! Receive as you give!
Offerings are back-doored
V
If Jesus saw the
Paupers’ plight, as a human
He would have collapsed
VI
Preachings of fashion
Shoes and clothes shouting amens
Clap loud for yourselves

Right on. Jesus did not preach a prosperity message. He did say, ‘What you did for the lease powerful person, you did for me.’ (para-phrased) Wonderful commentary and poem!

Wow, right on target! I have seen preachers like this, especially on TV! I do know some good men that are preachers though. Their lives speak louder than their words.

True, but sadly, in Ghana, mouths and bodies of preachers speak louder than words. Sad.

Yes hypocrites with turned back collars. Saying that God can be bribed into Blessing us when he already has. Anointed cloths, blessed ribbons, metal crosses dipped in gold. Buy now say the false prophets. Pretenders to God’s Throne. Masked forgeries Oily Slick Sideshow Barkers bid you come to the show. The Bible? Well it has been sidelined for Romanesque scale entertainments where disciples and congregants are thrown to the Wolves. Here ye! Here ye! The so-called man or woman of God who creates mockeries in his Holy Temple. Jesus still on his Heavenly Throne is watching ready to evict the money-changers from the Temple. Jesus cries out “You have made my Temple a Den of Thieves!!” Be gone!! Purgatory awaits small, narrow greed filled minds. You are doomed to repeat Life’s Lessons until you repay all to my Innocents and repent unto Awakening!

Tell them Sistar! They need to be told the truth and repent while there is still time.

Thanks for this Cecilia… I believe that the essence of all religion is Truth which is sacred… but people’s interpretations and selfish motives turn it into the unjust and unfulfilling phenomenon we see today… Blessings!

Religion these days isn’t for the masses. Those who seek know that the journey is not in the walls. They know that the heavens will listen where ever they are. This is what I believe to be God and his wisdom. This my truth and experience. Blessings to you Cecilia. Good morning to you

Blessings to you too. It’s a pity many allow themselves to be deceived.
