Mirror, mirror on the wall,

Are you hearing my call?

You seem to be mimicking me

Like you always do

I smile

And you show me my smile

I frown

And you show me my frown

I cry

And you show me my tears

I keep quiet

And you show that to me as well

Mirror, mirror on the wall,

What is your purpose in life?

Is it to mock beings?

Is it to enjoy seeing it all:

The uglies and the beauties,

The natural and the artificial?

I think you are not man made

I think the creator created all eyes with you

And hid your formula

Only for us to find you

Get excited

And be disappointed

Because you help

And taunt

With our faults
