As we speak
Many are on pain’s peak
Knowing not how it crept on them
Thinking not how to get sadness off them
II
As we speak
Many are on sicknesses’ sticks
Knowing not what they did to attract them
Knowing not how they’re going to control them
III
As we speak
Many are in poverty’s pissed pout
Knowing not what to do to get out
And thinking life is worth naught
IV
As we speak
Just as we speak
Many unthinkable things abound
If you hear not their sounds
Think not that yours is worst
Just look up
And follow the ray of hope
Exactly what I’m doing

There has to be hope in times when doubt raises, when the physical is, and the mental can’t. The pains and sorrows are not they lessons that are needed to be learned. As they are hope is the only solution for an otherwise situation that can not be controlled
