I
When the world went wild
And minds mused in grave madness
Peace fell in slumber
Causing power to be chased in haste
Spilling blood helping earth eat
II
Sure, earth gladly ate
Eating arms, legs, and drinking
Blood to quench its thirst
Most of us were seeds in seeds
So we missed the chaos
III
Unmeasurable!
The tears which flowed like river
Unreasonable!
The intents that drove the war
None saw reason nor measured
IV
Years on, peace runs round
We keep forgetting some arms
Buried before beings
We keep forgetting eyes gauged
We keep forgetting lives lost
V
For a few minutes,
Contemplate on the lives who lost
Think, feel, know and weep
For a while, saluting them
Salute they who fought for you
