PET TURNED HAUNTER

His pet

Turned into his haunter

Haunting him at his vulnerable best

Turning his laughter into fright

His pet

Who was a cat

Turned into a lioness

And showed its hunger to him

Now he yearns not for it

He yearns for it to die

And it yearns to make a meal out of him

Funny, how the pet haunts its master
