Shivers travel fast in my streams
Quivers hold fast my joints
One leg forced into a hole of fright
The other stands here shivering with hope
Perhaps there will be a leap in miracle
Or there’ll be an end to a suffering

Thanks to those who read my posts. If ever loneliness ruled my world, you’re the ones who defeated him, if ever self doubts sat with me, you’re the ones who made me strong, I write as I do because you come here. Thank you again. Due to some problems with my health, I’ll be away for a week or two. I hope you find other posts to read here while I’m away. I’ll particularly miss reading on other blogs but I’ll catch up God willing when I get the strength. I’ll leave by saying:
Stress is there to be de-stressed
Hate is there to be conquered by love
Sorrow is there to be conquered by happiness
War is to be conquered by peace
Pain is transient
Even the mythical death
Shall be dead to us when we die
Blessings and love.

Cecelia,
I’m just seeing this–after being away for the last two weeks. Congratulations for taking care of yourself! I just love your writing and hope that things go well for you on this unplanned (?) health retreat. I hear an edge of fear in your voice, and pray that God gives you serenity and acceptance no matter what the outcome. Your post above is beautiful, courageous and truthful. Knowing you via your blog has been a great gift to me.
With deep respect and admiration,
Elouise

Please take great care of yourself Cecelia. You will be greatly missed but you must take time to recover and renew your strength. We will be waiting for you my dear. I pray in earnest you will be healed and find strength is a greater portion than when you began this journey. Please be gentle with yourself and please update us on your condition if at all possible. You are truly cared about as I consider you a sister of my soul. Be well my friend.
