In what seems to be an uncanny odium
My life causes such a painful pandemonium
Give me many potent doses of huge opium’
To block the noise as I stand in this podium;
A podium of shame, a nightmarish podium
Fixed n the ground for a better view
To encourrage short heels of shoes to pound
I also have a dream
A dream that many will see me and scream
Not in disgust, not in pleasure
But I’ll shine like a flower in the dew
Then they’ll scream in passion to be my person
This in-built podium of shame
Maybe a beginning of an end to pain.
