I have seen it all
Going through life in tattered undies
Being kissed and smooched in pure rain
As I smiled to its touches
Tickling trunks of air blowing
As I closed my eyes to its whistles
And I still remained strong and smiled
Because I am a superwoman
I have lived through it all,
Maternal ailment,
Sibling ailment,
Self ailment,
Friend ailment,
Child ailment
Being taunted by the fear of death
By the fear of vegetation
By the fear of poverty
And I still laugh
Because I am a superwoman
I have gone through a torrential emotional stress
That of happiness,
That of sadness,
Being nursed with fulfilment
And let down by disappointments,
Being cajoled in company
And left in loneliness
But I still smile and laugh
Because I am a superwoman
I have tons to think of
But I still have time to think of others,
Their woes,
Their fears,
Their needed attention
And try as much as possible to fill open voids
While looking into faces and smiling
Because I am superwoman
