It is when death knocked
That I saw that life has not me forked
Crying for an end, I reckoned was just lip service
If not, I would have entered that bottled and have it cocked
But no,
I RUN
With legs and strength I knew not existed in my bones
Who is kidding who?
Me kidding myself?
It really is funny
The things we say but do not mean
Through its hurdles and pains
I realize that we still love
And would do anything for this earth
We still love
And would still battle death as one
No matter our differences
So who am I kidding?
Who are you too, in these shoes of mine kidding?
You don’t want to end it
As much as I don’t want to end it
So mouthy me
Close now and don’t dare death.
