Panicking with fear?
Take a long bath and pomade deep to seep,
Put on your best clothes,
A light make up will do,
A gently spray will pave way,
Put on the most important attire; confidence, and step out.
Shivering with worry?
Drink a cup of water,
Focus on the most interesting thing that can ever happen,
Think of the most laughable experience,
Think of you being given an opportunity to fight a hurdle,
Most importantly, put on a big smile.
Feeling shameful?
No one is without moments of shame.
You’ve watched movies,
Think of the most embarrassing scene in a movie,
Compare your shame,
Whip your self-esteem up and drive teasers to shame.
Feeling angry?
A natural phenomenon.
Vent that anger on anyone who’ll understand,
On anything that will not turn to bite you,
And just watch your environment;
There are lots to drive people to madness, take a deep breath and smile.
Feeling lonely?
There are many people who will give anything to feel alone.
People are being beaten, humiliated and killed
By people who are supposed to love them.
Think of ways to better your lot,
Loneliness, if looked on with positivity can bring the brightest ideas.
Sad?
Think of a million things that can make your sadness worse.
Fill that head with the best pleasure you’ve ever had,
Allow your head to show you that film,
Sit back and revel in the moment,
There is a start and an end to everything.
