Once you have recognized the pain you will begin to slowly move past it. Though is seems like it’s taking forever putting one foot in front of the other your perspective begins to change. What appears to be darkness is really the lite. You slowly begin to be able to say to the pain I know you are there but I have better things to do. The pain is no longer you partner, just a passing acquiesce that you see from time to time
