When a pot breaks
The earth shakes
Because its water pours
And takes many “I’m not coming back” tours
Into forever loss
II
The earth takes
The pot which breaks
The pot with arms for some lonely being
The pot with a heart which must protect some hurtful being
And its water which pours must quench some thirst

Where are you? Those with great wombs?
Where are you? Still sitting in tombs?
Where are you? Mothers doomed
Your young ones cry as your lovers fume thinking they are doomed
Rise and get a being for comfort! For yours who are too young to dine alone

Mother nature does not discriminate, it takes what it can, it holds what, then from out of nowhere it explodes. She can not be all accountable. For man has a hand for he forgot to ask before he planned. So if the earth is out and man is out. Then say to whom is watching the front door
