THE RULING PLAY PEOPLE

You now act like similes and metaphors
The former taunting the latter of not having bridges
…for smooth analogical transitions
The latter accusing the former
…of using vague means in analogies
…and throwing dust in eyes that they are bridges
To the latter, direct analogy is the best
While the former thinks it too cruel
These are the political play people
…taking turns to date our nation

Then there are the hyperboles
Mostly always living their exaggerations
…to either sink or promote their targets
Always motivated in cash
…kind or emotional cravings
These are the propagandists and sadly our media

Then there are the repititions
…with two sides like the coin
One side always acting like words on their own
But re-echoing words past
…to live on emphatic relevance
Mostly sounding great in ears of their intended
They even use paradoxical oxymorons
Even after personalizing problems to chase their fellows in sneakers
…to still look good on minds of their victims
Another side always lie to
…deceive
But still develop amnesia through greed motivated tabular rasa
And help make them victims
…over and over again

In the end
We live in a farce
Where synecdoches are flaunted as wholesome truths
…even on perverted rots
We live in days where metonymy are sacrificed
…for their association with rivals
We live in a realm
Where caricatures parade to flaw satires
…by breaking the mirrors of objectivity
And drowning moral lessons
…to turn antagonists protagonists
Narrating tragedies as comedies
But there is always the loophool of poetic license
…where they are able to flee unscathed by the law
…should they be caught in their ridiculous acts, sad, so so sad!
