SPEAK OUT

Sometimes clouds of sadness can form in our minds
Sometimes thunders of fears will blast through it
As Will lights to die in an ill lightning
When you reach that point
…SPEAK OUT

The sadness will rain down your inner
…and flood your body
Drowning your soul and killing your spirit
Leaving no room for your body to survive
So please do the needful
…SPEAK OUT

There is nothing unsolvable
There is nothing beyond human
There is no problem shared unheard
And fallibility includes vulnerability
So SPEAK OUT
By all means REACH OUT
Do your best to LET OUT
Any depression suppressing your expression
And forcing an impression of a no way out

You are more than you think capable
So share a problem
…to offload
So you can be lighter to walk
…until you reach life’s final destination
…gracefully
